Here you will find important information about shopping at Meraki Konzept .
1. General Provisions
On meraki-shop.de (“Marketplace”), Meraki Konzept , as well as other entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (Meraki Konzept and the other entrepreneurs hereinafter referred to as “Merchants”), offer their goods for sale in their own name and for their own account.
All legal information regarding the respective retailer with whom you conclude the individual purchase agreement can be accessed on the item details page, in the shopping cart and at checkout when completing the order process.
The sales offer on the marketplace is aimed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

2. Formation of the contract
The presentation of products on the marketplace does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the purchase agreement.
When paying via instant bank transfer (e.g. PayPal), the purchase agreement is concluded upon successful completion of the payment process.
For other payment methods, the merchant can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within the expected delivery times.
3. Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail).
This applies both to goods sold by Meraki Konzept and to goods from other retailers.
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel the purchase contract, the respective retailer must reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs of a different delivery method), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The retailer can refuse to refund the money until they have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to the trader without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of notifying the trader of your cancellation. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the deadline expires.
The retailer bears the costs of the return shipment.
You are only liable for any loss in value if it is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition of the product.

4. Exclusion/Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
According to § 312g para. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
It expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
5. Voluntary return policy (30 days)
We do not currently offer this . You have the legally required 14-day right of return. Please note that our products must be shipped in their original packaging, undamaged and protected from damage during transport, to be eligible for a proper return.
6th delivery
Deliveries within Germany are made to the address specified at checkout.
Orders for multiple items can be delivered in partial shipments.
7. Warranty
In case of defects, the statutory warranty rights apply.
Please report any obvious transport damage immediately to the transport service provider and to us – this will not affect your rights.
8. Shipping and service costs
Free shipping within Germany for orders over €49 (incl. VAT).
Shipping costs of €5.99 will be charged.
Shipping outside of Germany is generally possible, but involves extra costs and effort - see the section on shipping costs and information.
9. Payment
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card (Mastercard/VISA), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, prepayment.
A discount is not possible. Meraki Konzept reserves the right to offer certain payment methods depending on creditworthiness.
10. Repayment
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Should this not be possible, Meraki Konzept will assume the repayment obligation from the respective retailer.
11. Prizes
All prices are in euros and include VAT.
12. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Meraki Konzept until full payment is received.
13. Recommendation systems
Meraki's concept provides customers with a product range tailored to their needs.
The products are arranged according to parameters such as category, brand, demand, and discount promotions.
This weighting can be adjusted by Meraki Konzept to optimize customer satisfaction.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Meraki Konzept is neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Contract language / Storage of the order text
The contract is concluded in German.
The order text is not permanently saved and cannot be retrieved after completion.
However, you can print your order details directly after submitting your order.
