We are Johanna and Jason , the founders of Meraki Konzept – a brand born out of longing: for sun, simplicity, warmth and the honest beauty of handmade things.

The idea for Meraki Konzept came to us during one of our trips through the Cyclades . We traveled by car, on foot, and by boat to visit a wide variety of places; the areas without paved roads, where things are perhaps still very pristine, are particularly exciting.

Nestled among olive groves, white stone houses and azure bays, we found small taverns, cafes and, of course, workshops where families work with heart and dedication – without haste, but with endless attention to detail.

There, where every piece of ceramic tells a story, every piece of wood carries the scent of the island, and every woven cloth holds a piece of sunshine within it, we knew:

We want to take this feeling home with us.

Meraki (μεράκι) is a Greek word that cannot be translated – it must be felt.

It means doing something with love, soul, and passion .

To create something that comes from within – as the Greeks say:

“Κάν' το με μεράκι!” – “Do it with love and dedication.” ❤️

And that is precisely our core focus:

Make your home your own personal retreat – your little island of peace and joy.

A place that smells like holidays, like warm sand, olive wood and sun-dried linen.

Our products are made in small, family-run workshops.
Here, things are still shaped, woven and finished by hand , just as generations before them did – with patience, respect and passion.
