My product is damaged, what now?
First and foremost, please understand that all our products are handmade and unique, and it's impossible for every single piece to be flawless. This is precisely where the beauty and uniqueness of our products lie.
We check every product for functionality and suitability before shipping. However, if something happens along the way or something has slipped in, please take a few photos with your order details and your desired course of action.
There are basically two options:
1. You withdraw directly from the purchase contract, send back your goods and receive a refund of the purchase price.
2. You keep the goods, but you will receive a generous voucher from us for your next order.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are very sorry if you are not satisfied.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €49. For orders below this amount, we charge shipping costs of €5.99.
Shipping to other EU countries is free for orders over €99. For orders below this amount, we charge shipping costs of €12.99.
Shipping to Switzerland is also possible. We charge shipping costs of €21.99 for this.
When will I receive my order?
Within Germany, delivery takes 1 to 5 business days. To other European countries, it takes approximately 4 to 8 business days.
Can you also produce products tailored to my wishes?
This is generally possible, but only for larger order quantities.

Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, that's possible. You have two weeks from the date you receive the goods to submit a return request. The order date is irrelevant, which is to your advantage and should be clearly stated here. You will receive any refund no later than a few days after we receive the return.
Where are the products manufactured?
Small family-run workshops located either on the islands or on the mainland.
Are the products handmade?
The manufacturing process is, of course, entirely done by hand . However, please bear in mind that mechanical tools and equipment were used centuries ago to work wood and other materials. These were already part of traditional craftsmanship back then.
Even today, our partner workshops work with more modern machines based on the same operating principle . These machines serve only as support; they are operated, monitored, and guided by hand with extensive experience . This ensures that the handcrafted precision, attention to detail, and unique character of each piece are fully preserved.

When will the product I'm looking for be available again?
We receive new deliveries several times a year. Normally, all sold-out products are then available again. If you'd like to know exactly when your desired item will be back in stock, please feel free to send us a message.
Do you also have a shop?
No, unfortunately we don't have a physical store yet; for now we only sell online. With enough support, something good for the future!
How can I check the shipping status of my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once this has happened, we will automatically send you an email containing the DHL tracking number, a tracking link, and the invoice for your order.
If the tracking link does not show the exact location, please contact DHL directly, as this is beyond our technical capabilities.
