First of all, we ask you to take into account that all products are handmade and it is not possible for every piece to be flawless.
This is precisely where the beauty and uniqueness of our products lies, but of course everything should work and serve your complete satisfaction.

By law, you always have a 14-day right of return. It doesn't matter if the goods are damaged or you simply don't like them. However, please note the special conditions for custom-made items in your desired color/size – you will find a clear note about this in the item description.

Basically, you have two options for returns:

1. You withdraw directly from the purchase contract, send back your goods and receive a refund of the purchase price.

2. You keep the goods and receive a voucher from us as compensation for your next order.

We check every product for functionality and suitability before shipping. However, if something happens along the way or something has slipped in, please take a few photos with your order details and your desired course of action.

Please use our returns form and note that you are responsible for shipping and any associated costs.
Please always include your order number and the item number.

The processing time for returns takes up to 7 days after receipt of your ordered goods.
Please always return goods by post.
Please send the goods back to the point of origin as we use a service provider for our returns.
